Apparently Nav Desk can't communicate with your GPS if you have Acronis true image installed.
Now Navman does not even bother answering my emails to their customer support.
I can't get the software to update my unit (I'm not using a Navman USB cable, would this be the issue? I have tried contacting their support email address, got a couple of more detailed replies but it still doesn't work. I will have a play tonight reinstalling Nav Desk and the drivers.
) Anyone else have any issues with doing the update? Yes, my GPS not showing up in the Nav Desk Software.
Have been trying for the last 2 hours but can't get my GPS to connect to the nav Desk software. I have determined that it appears to be a USB software driver problem.
I had this same problem when I bought some maps of Europe last year, not sure what I did then but I did get it to work. I follow their directions plug in my My60T Navman, switch it on, start the latest Navdesk software (on my PC) and then nothing. Windows says it has the driver but I won't install it. When I try and do a manual search of eveywhere for a matching driver, it says the driver is already installed.
